1. Begin compiling your list of companies and employers that are of interest to you. This includes those that are not currently hiring.
2. Start with a list of your Top 10 companies and their websites
3. Go directly to their jobs vacancy pages at least, once a week. Many employers post NEW job openings Tuesdays.
Diversify your job search strategy, continue visiting those online job search boards AND visit your top 10 list of companies.
