Product & Services Refund and Exchange Policies

The staff at Broils Consulting Group puts customer satisfaction first. Our commitment to service means we work diligently to provide the highest quality of products and services. 

 

Digital Products:

If you received the incorrect item, please email us within 14 days from the date of purchase at support@broilsconsulting.com, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In your email to us, please include your name, order number, and proof of what items were missing or incorrect.

 

Unless defective or you received the incorrect item,  ALL sales are final on ALL digital products due to the nature of this product no refund or exchange can be issued.

 

"Live" Webinars and Online Courses:

Please refer to the policies outlined on the registration and enrollment form.

Print Products

To be eligible for refund or exchange the items must not show signs of use. 

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase.

 

Exchanges are honored within 30 days for the same or similar item at the same price, if the aforementioned  policies are adhered to.

We do take full responsibility for orders that consist of missing items.

When your case follows protocol, you will receive a return shipping label via email in order to send the item(s) back to us.
 

Upon receipt of the item, we will then refund or mail your correct order to you.
