We provide tools, resources, job leads, support and guidance to current and retired educators exploring full-time or part-time careers and education consulting opportunities.

Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to make informed career choices, to provide key strategies, resources and the opportunity to join a network led by a team of successful industry experts (many of whom are former educators) that can guide you to the new career of your dreams! This network is founded by the leader of Broils Consulting Group, who went from a classroom teacher and school administrator to a leading International Education Consultant and Executive with companies like, Crayola, Scholastic, Houghton Mifflin, Achieve3000, the National Education Association to advising marketing firms for Playdoh and collaborating on the First Lady of the USA's School Reform Initiatives, Wall Street firms, education technology firms, to name a few, serving as an advisor to over 2,000 schools. She also served as a Career Transition Consultant, HR consultant and job search readiness advisor recently invited to lead workshops for the military at Quantico and the Pentagon.
