Under the leadership of the founder and CEO, Shelly J. Broils, who holds an M.A. in Adult Education, an M.Ed. in Education Law, and a B.A. in Elementary Education. We are driven by a shared passion for improving educational outcomes and making a positive
difference in the world.
Shelly is a former teacher and school administrator whose distinguished career is characterized by her innovative approach and unwavering dedication. Celebrated for her genuine passion for children and her remarkable ability to elevate their life trajectories, she is acknowledged as a transformative leader in the education sector.
She later transitioned to a dynamic second career in the private and government sectors, taking on senior-level roles as a corporate consultant and advisor to C-suite leaders in various industries specializing in: adult and youth consumer products, professional services, business development and marketing, to corporate human resources/talent acquisition and development, education technology to education policy and professional services implementation management.
Working with leading corporate brands, institutions, non-profit agencies and government organizations across USA, Canada and London:from Crayola to Scholastic, Achieve3000, Houghton Mifflin, Pearson Education, MacMillan Publishing to the National Education Association, Wall Street Firms such as:
Standards and Poors, children's toy and entertainment to marketing firms, etc.
She helped guide the successful implementation of a national school reform initiative by the President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities, launched by a former President and First Lady,
and has worked with thousands of schools and districts nationwide.
Shelly was honored to serve as a consultant on a national military transition assistance initiative developed by
the Department of Defense and the Department of Labor, and was selected to lead and
consult on engagements at the infamous Quantico Marine Base in Virginia and
the Pentagon in Washington, DC.
She now leads Broils Consulting Group, a diverse team of industry experts delivering client-centric solutions with commitment, compassion, excellence and a results-driven approach.
